Tom Scornavacchi, Pastor
The Rev. Tom Scornavacchi is a pastor and mission developer. He joined Common Ground in 2010 and was ordained as a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in 2013. As a person in long-term recovery, Pastor Tom works with individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health. In his work he combines the wisdom and practice of the 12-steps with the forgiveness and grace that comes from his Lutheran faith.
Pastor Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Health and Addiction Studies from Alvernia University and a Master of Divinity from The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.
Pastor Tom is passionate about creating authentic faith communities that welcome diversity, foster intimacy, and celebrate God’s love for all of creation.
Pastor Tom is often found doing ministry with his wife, Christina, who is an ordained interfaith minister. They have four grown children, three grandchildren, and reside in Wernersville.

Molly Haggerty, Pastor
Molly Haggerty has served as a Deacon then Pastor in the ELCA in PA and WI since 2009. She has worked in children, youth and family ministries for 30 years along with Disability Advocacy. She brings with her years of experience in small group ministries focusing on healing, grief/loss and trauma issues.
Molly is a self taught artist, enjoys camping, reading and going on adventures with her adult children and their partners. We heal through laughter, learning and loving deeply.
